Shimmering silvery blue shirt has a bright metallic blue collar and optional matching LOUD bow tie.  Regular cuffs, no pleat in the back. The bow tie just pins on if desired. Fabric is polyester rayon. It once belonged to a formal wear hire company and their barcode is firmly stuck on the bottom at the front. Brand is Anthony Kulsar - 1980s.
